Below is a list of therapy related needs that Empowering To Thrive Therapists have experience assisting with. Specialties include Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method for Healthy Relationships.
Insurance acceptance depends on the plan, type of service, and therapist availability. It can include: Aetna, Allegiance, Amerigroup, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, Magellan, Optum, Oscar Health, United Healthcare (UHC), United Behavioral Health (UBH), and UMR. Medicaid plans are accepted through Amerigroup and United Healthcare only.
We can also provide necessary documentation for out-of-network benefits.

Telehealth appointments are available. Limited In-Person appointments are available based upon therapist and office availability.
